Just like the culturally diverse subcontinent called India, there is a diversity of ingredients, flavors, textures, and cooking techniques in what we broadly term Indian cuisine. Thus we have Kashmiri, Punjabi, Bengali, Malabar, Goan, and Madras cuisines to name a few, each having its own unique taste and variety. The guy taking orders, I wish he was little friendly. Service was a little slow but food was good. My daughter loves garlic naan, we had to order garlic naan just for her and spicy chicken biryani. We ordered chicken tikka masala which comes with rice and naan. The restaurant itself is not the fanciest by any means, so although the food was great, I think 20 for a plate of butter chicken was a bit steep. Its nice to see other cultures enjoying Indian food. The chick peas also were prepared very well. The butter chicken tasted great, the sauce was delicious and the chicken was tender.
